(1) Kelsie will put together a full schedule for brief breaks, raffle etc…

i) IGA-pork for Los Koritas (Roughly $180.00 will get invoice for TV to pay)
ii) Los Koritas invoice- TV will pay
iii) Drinks- Dining Services has given us a quote and TV will pay
iv) Cookies- DS will reuse the trays if we keep them
v) Plates/ Utensils/ Cups/ Napkins- Beaverhead Recycling
c) Advertisements
i) Kelsie will contact marketing
ii) Posters are mostly hung up- could still use some help getting them all up
iii) PSA on campus radio are running
iv) Weekly Flush
v) Radio show on the April 19th
d) Set-up
i) Tent- I think we should set it up regardless of weather.
ii) YC cadets will be there to help load tables etc.
